We are in search of a rector who can help strengthen our current ministries and help us further on the paths we are already following.
Could that be you?
Our Mission is to call all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.
Yes, you are welcome whether you are brand-new to this world, over 100 years old or any age in between. Bring your partner, spouse, children and friends. Bring your questions and doubts, your wounds and your fears. Bring your hopes and dreams, your answers and joy. Bring your weakness, grief, and worry. Bring your strength and compassion, and your heart, mind, soul, and passion.
Please, leave nothing of yourself behind - for we welcome you.
Community Labyrinth
Our Community Labyrinth on All Saints grounds is a beautiful creation and a symbol of how we follow the way of love of Jesus. The construction was amazing and yet, even more meaningful, was the way it came about and within a time frame no one anticipated.
The concept started with a few members looking to reduce our irrigated turf area to the largest portion of the Church grounds. Someone suggested All Saints member develop a Labyrinth to replace the turf and the project took off! In a few short months, we went from discussing the building to specific design to purchasing and contracting for installation. All of this was made possible with contributions from an anonymous donor, and funds generated by the Labyrinth Committee from silent auctions and various fundraising events.
The Labyrinth is open to all people from all faiths so that they may pray, mediate, and touch the Spirit. Recent donations from a Parish family will provide benches to surround the Labyrinth. Enhancing further the individual’s contemplation in a meaningful and thought provoking setting. The full landscaping plan was developed by one of our own parishioners, a licensed landscape architect.
Our Community Garden
We recently re-established our community garden throughout the summer of 2024. Since then, we have been able to donate nearly 300 pounds of vegetables to local charitable organizations. Several volunteers participated in this ministry demonstrating care and concern for our spiritual siblings. It is a ministry that is a part of our All Saints philosophy that we go “Beyond Our 4 Walls.”

Our Services and Liturgy
We anchor our lives in God each Sunday as we gather for worship at the Eucharistic table. Our worship is our primary place of faith formation, our liturgy changes to correspond to the season and to also address present concerns. We practice our prayers slowly with intention and purpose. Before COVID-19 we had two services on Sunday morning, an 8AM spoken service and a 10AM service with choir.
We have come together, with greater compatibility, as one congregation with one Sunday morning choir service. Our choir has grown steadily. We welcome lay-preachers who help our Rector give us Words from God and our congregation is fortunate enough to have retired clergy as active members. Our Prayers of the People are written by lay people every week about current and local concerns affecting our congregation. We have Lay Eucharistic Ministers who are able to visit home-bound parishioners, too, to be inclusive to all.

Hospitality and Fellowship
We enjoy gathering and sharing meals with each other, doing so is an extension of our fellowship at the altar. Our primary fellowship occurs each Sunday after worship with coffee hour. If you are visiting or new to All Saints, coming to Coffee Hour is the best way to get to know us, and to be known yourself!
Throughout the year, we have other fellowship events such as Game Nights on Sunday evenings, Lent Soup Lunch offerings, Shrove Tuesday supper, and Dinner Circles. Additionally, we have a fantastic Easter Bruch, and host an All Saints Day lunch. We have a well-equipped kitchen with some current updated appliances. Volunteers take turn presenting and hosting each Sunday, from the simple to more elaborate.
Everyone is always welcome!
Outreach and Beyond Our Four Walls
One of our outreach ministries is Beyond Our 4 Walls (BO4W), which has been active for 10 years. Each Sunday, the loose plate collection is given to a different local non-profit organization, selected each month by a parishioner nomination. Currently our collections are averaging over $1500 per month. Since the inception in April 2014, we have donated over $120,000 from these collections! Our larger Outreach is funded in our budget by contributions from loyalty programs through various businesses serving our area, and through specific designated donations. In the recent past we have contributed through the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund and Red Cross. All Saints is an active participant in the Front Range region of the Diocese of Colorado.

Vestry and Leadership
All Saints is learning how to live into being a lay-led, clergy supported church, which is a vision of our Bishop. All Saints leadership recognizes that the members of the congregation have varying needs depending on personal circumstances and this church has strived to address those needs. Several capital projects were completed to make sure this is a safe and comfortable church and is accessible to all.
These projects included chancel renovation/redesign for more accessibility to the altar, completion of a family bathroom, automated lighting in bathrooms, automated entrance doors, and access to the services through the Internet by hiring an AV Technician who operates our Audio/Visuals through Zoom and YouTube programs. We average 10 guests each Sunday for our online worship.
We have a large and deep pool of people who undertake leadership roles, in Vestry, to bringing Education for Ministry mentors, to leading prayer groups, and helping to lead worship. This allows people to be heard and voice concerns or offer other perspectives. For example, we had numerous town hall meetings with the chancel redesign and labyrinth projects. It is the congregation’s church and we want to encourage a sense of ownership. We have strived to bring open and inclusive communication to the congress and community. We may not always agree with each other completely, but we do have the ability to listen and consider differing approaches and ideas. Through these practices, we have accomplished some great and complicated issues to improve our Church.
Recently installed Vestry for 2025
The interior redesign of our building includes a gender inclusive handicap accessible bathroom. Installation of automated main entrance doors to improve access to the handicapped community, and light system upgrades to LED lighting, some with motion and sensitive controls. In 2024 we had a new roof installed, repaired exterior siding and trim, and repainted the exterior.

To our candidates,
Our Search Committee, Vestry and congregation would like to hear from you on a more personal level. We are interested in how you use and bring liturgy to your worship formation. We are seeking someone to lead us further on the paths we have been following, but to also bring some varied opportunities and new approaches for our consideration. Deliver some details to us about how your approaches may be different and better suited for our needs and desires for the future.
We look forward to receiving communications from you with your resume, and eventually inviting you to join us in the future to see and meet our community. We look forward to meeting you!
