Saturday, May 4 is World Labyrinth Day
Every year on the first Saturday in May thousands of people around the globe participate in World Labyrinth Day
as a moving meditation for world peace and celebration of the labyrinth experience.
All Saints Episcopal Church in Loveland will offer an introductory workshop and Open Walk in celebration of World Labyrinth Day.
The event will be held on the lawn of All Saints on a temporary labyrinth. There will also be an indoor labyrinth available to walk in inclement weather if preferred.
The schedule is as follows: 12:30 Welcome and Introduction to Walking A Labyrinth
1:00 Open walk begins. An open walk provides an opportunity for the community to come and walk anytime between 1:00PM and 3:00PM with guidance and support.
Many participants will “Walk as One at 1” by walking a labyrinth at 1:00 p.m. local time to create
a rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to the next around the globe.
